User guide
This guide is for the people who run the sites from the admin panel at /admin: sales reps,
managers, accounts and catalog editors. One business runs several promotional-products sites from
this one panel, so most things are either shared by every site or set per site. Each page says
which.
How the sections fit together
Section titled “How the sections fit together”| Section | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Basics | Signing in, the menu, search and tables, and what each role can do. |
| Sites | Each site’s own setup: what it carries, its addresses, SEO, menus, widgets and templates. |
| Catalog | Products and everything about them: variants, photos, prices, branding, categories, filters. |
| Suppliers | Getting products in from supplier feeds and keeping them up to date. |
| Content | Pages, blog posts, content blocks, forms and files. |
| Sales | The journey from a quote request to a paid invoice, with customers, tasks and automations. |
| System | Users, settings, background tasks, the activity log and the assistant. |
The catalog and content are shared: a product or page exists once. A site then decides what it carries, through its content rules, and how it presents it. Sales records belong to the site they came from, and reps work across every site from the same lists.
