Content

Everything on a site that isn’t a product or a quote is managed under Content Management in the admin panel: the pages customers read, the blog, forms, and the files they use.

Menu item What it is for Read
Pages About, contact, landing pages, the front page Pages
Posts Blog articles The blog
Post Categories The blog’s topics The blog
Reusable Blocks A set of blocks you edit once and show in many places Reusable blocks and merge tags
Media Library Images and PDFs to pick into any upload field File library
Forms Contact and enquiry forms, and what people send through them Forms

The body of a page or post is built from blocks: a hero, some text, a row of cards, a form. Merge tags are the one content tool kept elsewhere, under System › Configuration › Content Management.

Super admins can use everything. See Roles.

You write a page once. It is not “on” a site because you created it there: each site has content rules that say which pages and posts it carries. So the same page can run on every site, and a change to it shows on all of them.

Publishing and availability are separate questions, and a page must pass both to be live:

  • Status (on the page itself) applies everywhere. A draft is hidden on every site.
  • Content rules (on each site) decide which sites show it.

When one site needs something different, you don’t copy the page:

To change, for one site Use
The title, slug or description Override beside the field: see per-site wording
The address Site Path Overrides: see URLs and redirects
Which blocks show The globe button on a block: see Blocks
